Admission call letter by Institute of Space Technology after applying online on basis of NTS NAT test.

CONGRATULATIONS!  On  your  provisional  selection  for  admission  in the  undergraduate  program  of

BE-Mechanical Engineering starting Fall 2016. Your Registration & Orientation is scheduled on  Monday, 19 September, 2016   9:00 hrs. Classes will start w.e.f Tuesday, September 20, 2016.

Please note that nonpayment of dues with in due date will render you in-eligible for consideration in subsequent merit lists

To secure your seat or if you desire to be considered for your next preference given in online application form, it is mandatory to deposit required fee in any online branch of HBL on/before Tuesday, August 16, 2016. In case of failure your seat will be cancelled. This seat will be allocated to next candidate from waiting list and you will not be considered in subsequent merits lists for admission in IST.

Confirmation of admission is subject to meet the eligibility criteria and verification/validation of your marks by providing the original documents at the time of registration along-with the completion of requirements as given in the document titled as “Registration Procedure”.

Please take time out to read the enclosed material carefully as admission is confirmed subject to completion of all formalities within due date. Institute of Space Technology will cancel your admission if:

(a)    You have selected wrong quota

(b)    Your marks are found different than mentioned in this offer letter

(c)    You remain unable to secure minimum required Marks/Grades in SSC/HSSC/O-Level/A-Level/Equivalence as per eligibility criteria mentioned in email/advertisements/IST website/BS Prospectus. In case of admission cancellation you will be refunded the paid dues as per IST Fee Refund policy
